Ten Thousand Homes starts every Monday morning gathering together to worship as a community. TTH staff member, Keri Dodge, recently invited three of the youth from Mbonisweni to lead the worship time. We alternated singing songs in English and SiSwati, teaching each other new songs and ushering in the presence of the God who transcends language and culture. We are thankful for the leadership and passionate praise Mzwandile, Sibusiso and Witness brought to Monday morning worship!
God seemed even bigger to us this week when we worshipped in three languages. Cultures coming together in worship were a great reminder of God’s heart for the nations; it takes everyone coming together to bring His Kingdom to earth. This week, download a worship song in another language and listen to it everyday to remind you of how big God and his love for all people are. As you listen, pray for continued opportunities for cultures to come together at Ten Thousand Homes as we reach out together to reach the orphaned and vulnerable children.
